Day #10 (73)-Becoming a rural Montana girl. Miles hiked: 0.0

Today was a wonderful day of rest. Due to getting into town too late for a room last night, I “cowboy camped” outside the motel, also known as being too exhausted to pitch a tent and passing out on the grass. However, I woke up to sunshine and a big pile of blueberry pancakes.

When you are a fourth year medical student, zero days are also for working on ERAS residency applications at the Lewis and Clark library.

This afternoon also brought a lovely surprise-a hitch back up to trail to grab our friend Denali for a quick meal in town. So good to see her!
